Description
The ball pronator/supinator can be used to adjust the pronation and the supination of the wrist can be trained particularly well. The difference between this and our cylinder pronator/supinator is that you can achieve a greater range of motion with this (e.g. move from a fully supinated to a fully pronated position). You can attach the ball pronator/supinator to the cable pull or also to free weights.

Ich habe den “Armwrestling Pronator/Supinator-Zylinder” und das “Kegel-Tool” im Einsatz und bin begeistert! Die Griffstücke sind aus massivem und vor allem unverwüstlichem Nylon aus einem Stück gefertigt (kein billiger, klappernder Kunststoff aus dem 3D-Drucker!). Die Gurtbänder sind widerstandsfähig und lassen sich bei Bedarf sogar wechseln, da sie über eine innenliegende Edelstahlschraube fixiert werden, die man lösen kann. Die Griffstücke liegen ausgesprochen gut in der Hand. Sehr funktionelle Trainings-Tools, um die Griffkraft und Unterarmkraft zu trainieren. Kann ich sehr empfehlen! Zudem Top-Kundenservice!
