You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods, provided that none of our reasons for exclusion apply: Goods with signs of use, damage or external modifications are excluded from return. We check our goods thoroughly before dispatch. Should you nevertheless have received the goods with damage, please report this immediately, but at the latest within 6 months, using our complaint form or by e-mail to mail@titangrip-shop.com. You can use the complaint form attached below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Peter & Schäfer GbR, Rosmarinweg 2a 50859 Cologne, mail@titangrip-shop.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post). You can use the cancellation form enclosed below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

You can also fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically on our website https://titangrip-shop.com/return-form. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such revocation without delay (e.g. by e-mail).

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Voluntary return guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer you the following voluntary return guarantee:

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

You can use the complaint form attached below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. Should a return be necessary due to this damage, the costs for the return shipment will be borne by us.

Small optical defects may occur due to production, delivery or storage and cannot be ruled out for the majority of products. Affected products contain notes in this regard in their product description. Minor optical defects do not constitute damage and it is the seller’s responsibility to voluntarily take back the goods after the expiry of the 30-day return guarantee.

Note on returns

Should your return cause you to fall below the free shipping limit, we reserve the right to charge you for shipping costs retrospectively.
These will then be deducted from the order value of the return when the refund is made.
