1. Access data and hosting
You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. Every time you call up a website, the web server only automatically saves a so-called server log file, which documents access data.

We use this log data without assigning it to you personally or otherwise profiling it for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operating, securing and optimising our website, but also to anonymously record the number of visitors to our website (traffic) and the extent and type of use of our website and services, as well as for accounting purposes to measure the number of clicks received from cooperation partners. We reserve the right to check the log data retrospectively if there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use based on concrete indications. We store IP addresses in the log files for a limited period of time if this is necessary for security purposes or for the provision of services or the billing of a service, e.g. if you use one of our offers. After the order process has been cancelled or after payment has been received, we delete the IP address if it is no longer required for security purposes. 2. Data collection and use for contract processing and when opening a customer account

3. Data transfer
In order to fulfil the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO, we pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you select in the ordering process, we pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to payment service providers commissioned by us or to the selected payment service. In some cases, the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves if you create an account with them. Newsletter – performance measurement
To measure success, the newsletters contain so-called pixel tags, which are retrieved from our server when the newsletter is opened or, if we use a dispatch service provider, from their server. 11. Data security
We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure on our online shop in conjunction with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. As a rule, this is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is encrypted by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.

15. Use of ShopVote graphics
We have included ShopVote graphics on this website to display our ShopVote seal and the collected and/or aggregated ratings, where applicable.
This serves to protect our legitimate interests in optimal marketing of our offer, which outweigh our interests in the context of a balancing of interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The ShopVote graphics and the services advertised with them are an offer of Blickreif GmbH, Alter Messeplatz 2, 80339 Munich.
When the ShopVote graphics are called up, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, your IP address, the date and time of the call-up, the amount of data transferred and the source of the call-up (access data) and documents the call-up. This access data is not evaluated and is automatically overwritten at the latest seven days after the end of your visit to the site. No other personal data is collected or stored by the ShopVote graphics.
16. Contact for rating reminder by ShopVote
If you have given us your express consent to this during or after your order in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO, we will transmit your order number and e-mail address to the SHOPVOTE rating platform of Blickreif GmbH, Alter Messeplatz 2, 80339 Munich (www.shopvote.de), so that they can send you a rating reminder by e-mail. 17. Use of Customer Reviews for WooCommerce

We use the Customer Reviews for WooCommerce plugin on our website to collect and display reviews and opinions from our customers. When you submit a review through the plugin, the information you enter, including your name, email address and rating, is stored and published on our website to share your feedback with other customers.
When you submit a review, you also have the option to subscribe to a notification to receive replies to your review. If you choose this option, your email address will be used to send you notifications of further comments about the product in question. You can unsubscribe from these notifications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email.
In the checkout process, you also have the option to choose whether you would like to receive a reminder to leave a review after purchase by ticking a box. You will only receive this reminder if you tick the box. If you no longer wish to receive reminders at a later date, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the reminder email or by sending an email to mail@titangrip-shop.com.
The processing of your data is based on the consent you give by submitting your review, subscribing to notifications of new comments and/or selecting the option to receive reminder emails.
